Epigenetics is an emerging field in molecular biology that addresses
the epigenetic mechanisms of gene expression regulation in various tissues and organisms.
In addition to its fundamental contribution to our understanding
of molecular biology and genetics, alterations in these epigenetic
mechanisms have been recently linked to numerous disorders both in human and animals.
Dr Guido Malagoli Tagliazucchi is a researcher of the Department of Research and Innovation
at Azienda Ospedaliera at University of Parma. He has previously worked at the University of Modena
and Reggio Emilia and at Department of Biomedical Informatics (Harvard Medical School).
